The short version

ChatGPT Ads combine ad copy, an image and a destination page. These six examples show how the parts can support one clear offer. They are templates, not ready-to-run ads: replace placeholders with verified business facts and check current Ads Manager requirements and policies before launch.

What a standard ad includes

OpenAI describes the standard ad unit as advertiser name, favicon, title, copy, landing page and image. Ads appear below ChatGPT responses, separately from the answer. OpenAI recommends clear, specific, benefit-focused wording: let the title explain the offer, let the copy add useful information, choose an image that supports the same message, and link to the most relevant destination. Read OpenAI’s ad creation guidance.

Context: Retailers reconciling online orders with in-store sales.
Destination: A page explaining supported workflows and an appropriate demo or trial.
Verify: Integrations, currencies, data handling, plan limits and feature availability.

4. Order fulfilment for online stores

Context: Online sellers who have outgrown packing every order themselves and need [verified fulfilment service].
Destination: A service page explaining coverage, onboarding, fees and returns.
Verify: Warehouse location, supported areas, cut-off times, parcel limits and courier terms.

5. Flexible coworking space

Image: A real workspace photo matching the location promoted.
Context: Freelancers or small teams comparing occasional desk access with a longer lease.
Destination: The location page with current availability and membership terms.
Verify: Address, access hours, room allowance, plan inclusions and availability.

6. Evening English classes

Title: Evening English classes for working adults
Copy: Review course levels, schedules and class format.
Image: A genuine class or lesson setting; obtain permission for identifiable people.
Context: Working adults looking for language classes that fit around daytime work.
Destination: The course page with level, next schedule, fees and enrollment details.
Verify: Qualifications, timetable and course inclusions. Do not promise a job, visa or test score.

Make the ad and landing page agree

Read the title, copy, context hints and destination together. The ad should not promise a service, price, delivery date or result that the page cannot substantiate. Choose a relevant product, collection or service page instead of defaulting to the homepage. Keep the destination reachable without a login and ensure OpenAI’s review crawlers are not blocked. Add tracking parameters to the destination URL if you use them in analytics.

Context hints sit at ad-group level; they provide background for relevance but are not visible ad copy or delivery controls. Use the context-hints guide to write them. OpenAI says title and copy variations should introduce distinct angles instead of repeating the same message. It does not promise a particular number of ads or a performance outcome.

Ads Manager currently offers single-image ads and a multi-image format in open beta, announced 26 October 2026. Current documentation says the multi-image format uses 4–6 square images that share one destination and a Learn more CTA. Confirm it is still available in your account before planning around this beta feature. See the current format guidance.

Quick answers

Are these real ads or performance case studies?

No. They are original illustrative templates, not client work or reported results.

Should I send every ad to my homepage?

Usually, choose the most relevant product, collection or service page. Continue the promise made in the ad.

Can I use the claims in these examples as written?

Only if they accurately describe your business. Verify locations, prices, features, stock, service terms and eligibility.

How should I vary ads in an ad group?

Test distinct, truthful angles for the same shared offer or customer need instead of repeating one message.

What if an ad is rejected?

Review its status and reason in Ads Manager. Correct issues in the copy, image, destination or policy eligibility, then follow the available resubmission or review route.
